We never spray kitchens. Gel bait is targeted, invisible, and far more effective against German cockroaches.

The Inspection
We walk the full exterior perimeter first, then the attic, crawl space, and basement. Every gap, every moisture source, every entry point gets photographed and noted. You're with us the whole time.
No access to your WiFi, no login to your router, no administrative access to anything. Just a flashlight and a clipboard.
The Written Report
You receive a PDF with photos of every finding, a plain-language explanation of what's getting in and why, and a prioritized list of recommended work. No upsell language, no urgency theater.
The report is yours. You can take it to another contractor, your landlord, or your property manager. We mean it.
The Work
Treatment and sealing are quoted separately from the inspection — always. We don't pressure you on-site. If you want us to proceed, we schedule the work at a time that fits your building and your tenants.
Exclusion work is guaranteed for two years. If they find a new way in, we come back.
The inspection is always free. The report is always written. The decision is always yours.
What clients report after the inspection.
We had three contractors come through before Sweep. The first two sprayed baseboards and left. Marco spent an hour in the attic and came back down with photos of the exact spot where they were getting in — a gap in the soffit I'd walked past a hundred times. Sealed it. They're gone.
Six units, rotating cockroach complaints for two years. My previous company kept treating individual units.
